WISE NYC METRO CHAPTER WELCOMES THREE NEW BOARD MEMBERS AND ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP FOR MENTORING COMMITTEE
New York, NY — The Women in Sports and Events (WISE) NYC Metro Chapter announces the appointment of three accomplished executives to its Board of Directors, along with new leadership for the Chapter’s WISE Within Mentoring Committee—one of WISE’s most recognized national programs. These appointments strengthen the Chapter’s ability to deliver dynamic, relevant programming while advancing the professional development of women across every stage of their careers.
Board of Director Appointments
Cristina Blanca Hoffman, Vice President, Marketing Operations, CBS Sports Cristina has spent nearly two decades at CBS Sports, where she leads campaign strategy and execution for marquee properties including the NFL, NCAA March Madness, The Masters, Big Ten Football, and the WNBA. With more than 20 years of experience in sports media and a foundation in television production, she brings deep expertise in brand marketing, cross-platform execution, and experiential activations. A graduate of New York University with a degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production, Cristina is known for a leadership style rooted in collaboration and creativity.
Sarah Jamieson, Senior Director of Communications, MLS NEXT Pro Sarah is a seasoned communications executive with nearly 20 years in professional sports. She currently leads media strategy and executive visibility for Major League Soccer’s MLS NEXT Pro. Prior to MLS, she spent seven years with the Cleveland Cavaliers, overseeing PR for both their NBA and AHL properties, and began her career with the New York Liberty and Madison Square Garden. A graduate of Ohio University, Sarah brings a strategic lens to stakeholder engagement and excels at shaping narratives that elevate organizational objectives.
Natalia Pedroza, Senior Director of Leadership & Learning, USTA With nearly 20 years of experience, Natalia brings comprehensive expertise in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, and organizational development. She leads USTA’s leadership pipeline initiatives, designing programs that emphasize growth, inclusion, and operational efficiency. Her career spans senior roles in DEI and talent at Wiley Publishing and Nestlé Waters, where she built talent systems that support both individual development and business outcomes. Natalia holds a Master’s in Organizational Development and Leadership from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Louisiana State University. She will help guide the chapter’s strategy to strengthen professional development and career resources through a workforce-focused lens.

Mentoring Committee Leadership
WISE NYC Metro also announces Susan Eisma, formerly with Legends, as the new Committee Chair of its WISE Within Mentoring Program. A seasoned Human Resources executive, Susan brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic people initiatives across hospitality, entertainment, and sports. Her previous roles include senior leadership positions at Merlin Entertainments, Patina Restaurant Group, Aramark, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. She is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Susan will lead a volunteer committee of seasoned professionals—whose combined experience exceeds 50 years in workforce development and event operations—to steward the Chapter’s mentoring efforts, including the national signature event, Speed Mentoring Roundtables, held annually in January during National Mentoring Month.
