Four new leaders, one mission: supporting women in sports through WISE NYC Metro committees.

  

Leading with Purpose and Paying It Forward

We are proud to announce the appointment of four new members who will lead key WISE NYC Metro committees, bringing strategic vision, industry expertise and a shared commitment to advancing women in sports business. Each will play a vital role in shaping chapter initiatives, driving engagement and delivering meaningful member experiences to our community.

Marketing & Digital Technology Committee

Chair: Alexa Schnoor – Alexa leads strategy for all outbound communications and defines the chapter’s external voice. A marketing strategist with deep experience in brand storytelling and digital engagement, she brings nearly a decade of analytical, creative and entrepreneurial approaches to community outreach and visibility..

Co-Chair: Katie Cariello – Katie co-leads the committee, focusing on digital strategy and platform execution. With a background in digital media operations and content management, she plays a key role in amplifying chapter initiatives and optimizing how members experience WISE NYC Metro online.

Membership Committee

Chair: Tenisha Valliant-Irvin – Tenisha leads the Membership Committee, driving new member recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives that keep the community connected and growing. A people-first operations and engagement professional with a decade os experience, she brings strategic insight and a thoughtful approach to enhancing chapter membership and fostering a welcoming, vibrant community.

Program Panel Committee

Chair: Erin McQuade Kennedy – Erin curates quarterly breakfast panels on industry topics, including the signature Power Play Panel each March in recognition of Women’s History Month. With senior leadership experience at Fusion TV and WWE, she brings programming, content and audience insight to enhance member experiences.
