WISE NYC Metro Announces the Appointment of Sarah Crennan to the Board of Directors

The NYC Metro Chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE NYC Metro) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Crennan to its Board of Directors. A seasoned leader in sports media and entertainment, Crennan brings over 15 years of experience in content marketing, communications, and audience engagement to the organization.
Most recently, Crennan served as Vice President of DTC Content at the NBA, where she led the content strategy team for the relaunch of the league’s direct-to-consumer products in 2022. Prior to joining the NBA, she was VP & Head of Content at Yahoo Sports, where she played a pivotal role in building teams and delivering innovative, fan-first experiences. Crennan’s career spans various roles in sports programming, business development, and content marketing. Her strategic mindset and innovative perspective will be key in advancing the chapter’s initiatives.
Crennan’s appointment further underscores WISE NYC Metro’s commitment to leveraging cutting-edge strategies in content and technology to create meaningful opportunities for its members.
