This has been an extraordinary year—marked by growth, collaboration, and inspiring moments that reinforce the WISE mission.

We kicked off the year with a sold-out Speed Mentoring Roundtables event in January and wrapped up the year with another sold-out gathering—the Women of Inspiration Awards earlier this month. Highlights included our Women’s History Month signature event, Power Play, which celebrated the trailblazing women of NYRR, a summer kickoff with the USTA in Queens, and the first-ever brunch hosted by the USGA at their New Jersey campus. Book Club sessions created spaces for intimate and inspired discussions with authors, fostering deeper connections and meaningful relationships. These moments, paired with powerful speaker sessions that left us motivated and energized, reflect the strength of our community and our shared commitment to advancing women in sports business.

In 2024, we reached a significant milestone: surpassing 1,000 members across NYC (and its boroughs), New Jersey, and Connecticut. This achievement is a testament to the passion and dedication driving our organization forward.

We also expanded our volunteer ranks by welcoming more than 30 members who stepped up to chair committees or volunteer on one. Their energy has been invaluable in helping the chapter to deliver career resources, networking opportunities, and professional development tools that empower our thriving community.

Together, we’re shaping a brighter future for women in sports business.
