WISE NYC Metro Chapter Members‑Only
Executive Conversation
Registration April 3–May 1
WISE NYC Metro welcomes Melissa Gonzalez, author, speaker and Principal at MG2 for an intimate spring book club session exploring her newest work, The Purpose Pivot: How Dynamic Leaders Put Vulnerability and Intuition into Action.
Melissa has spent her career at the intersection of creative strategy, business leadership and human experience, advising global brands on how to build connection, relevance and long‑term value in an evolving omnichannel world.
A pivotal health crisis forced Melissa to reexamine the cost of performance, the role of intuition, and the difference between external success and internal clarity. From that lived turning point emerged a grounded approach to leading from within. This conversation will explore:
-
How high‑achieving women recognize when a pivot is calling
-
Why intuition is an underused form of leadership intelligence
-
How to conduct an Energy Audit to reclaim focus and wellbeing
-
What it looks like to build a career aligned with values, not obligation
-
How presence, clarity, and embodied wisdom fuel sustainable performance
Special Note:
An executive leader from the NYC sports business community will join Melissa for a 1:1 conversation. Guest host to be announced.
Every registered attendee will receive a complimentary copy of The Purpose Pivot at the event. Register: April 3 through May 1.
Registration Status: In order to attend this event, you must be a current member of the NYC Metro Chapter of WISE. We recommend you take a moment to log in to your member account and ensure all your info is up to date. Seating is limited.

Things To Note
Questions About The Chapter Event: Contact the chapter directly at the email address listed on the registration page. Please allow up to two business days for your message to be received. During peak event registration periods, volunteers monitor the chapter’s email inbox more closely, but please be advised that immediate responses may not be possible.
Event Confirmation Emails: Confirmation emails are automatically sent upon the completion of the registration process. If the event indicates that a virtual link or more event information will be shared at a later date, please refer to the event registration details for timing to receive those correspondences. Please be sure that you check your junk/spam folders for confirmation emails. Add our domain to your inbox to decrease the likelihood of not receiving confirmation emails.
Refund Policy: All event tickets are non-refundable. Please note that canceling your registration via the ticketing system does not initiate a refund/credit. There are upfront costs and financial commitments associated with the event that make it impractical to offer refunds. We recognize that there may be extenuating circumstances, such as a natural disaster, or other unforeseen event that would prevent participation. In those rare occasions, the chapter may, at its sole discretion, consider a goodwill gesture to this policy.
Nonmembers: You'll see a blue box on the right side of the page that says "Registration." Non-members must create a free account to log in and purchase an event ticket. Please note: Creating an account is not the same as becoming a member. However, the system requires you to have an account in order to register for events. This option is only available for public events, with member and non-member rates as indicated in the event description.
Members: Make sure you are logged in and click on the RSVP button in the right column beneath the event image. If you need to join or renew, please do so as soon as possible. The system takes about 30 minutes to update before you can register for this event. If you do not see the RSVP button on this page, please log out and then log back in.
NOTE: If you are signed in and do not see the RSVP button beneath the event image, your membership may have expired. When logged in, your membership expiration date appears at the top of the page. If a membership expiration date is not visible or if you do not see the RSVP button, please contact the national office for assistance - not the chapter (the chapter cannot resolve technical issues with your membership profile) .
Here's how to check your membership status. If you are experiencing issues with renewing/joining, please contact the national office. A member of the WISE national office will assist you.
